HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A POLICY STARTED?
We can get your home, auto, and umbrella policies started the day you call us. However, we recommend getting quotes at least a week before your renewal date to maximize your discounts.
Business insurance can take longer due to the additional underwriting required.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards and can run payments directly from your checking account.
IS THERE A SURCHARGE FOR USING A CREDIT CARD?
For a one-time payment, there is no fee for using a credit card on Farmers branded products.
HOW CAN I GET UPDATED CAR INSURANCE ID CARDS?
You can always contact us to request a copy of your proof of insurance. However, if you need it immediately, you can also access it online.
If your policy is through Farmers, you can access your proof at farmers.com, or through the app (available at farmers.com/mobile).
If your policy is through Bristol West, you can get proof of insurance at bristolwest.com.
HOW CAN I FILE A CLAIM?

HOW DO I USE MY TOWING AND ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE?
With Farmers towing, you have two options:
-You can contact Farmers claims directly, and they will find local assistance with no out-of-pocket expense to you.
-You can reach out to a towing company directly, pay them, and submit your receipt to Farmers for reimbursement
